The Cavazza family has made wine in Veneto since 1928, now across four generations. Two very different landscapes shape their wines: volcanic basalt in Gambellara, home to Garganega, and limestone with red clay in the Colli Berici, suited to structured reds. The family looks after the whole journey from vineyard to bottle, using cover crops and mechanical weed control to care for the land.
