WYNCH Loyalty Program

The WYNCH Loyalty Program rewards customers for eligible activity in our store, such as creating an account, placing orders, referring friends or taking part in promotions when these options are available.

How To Join

You can join by creating or logging into a WYNCH customer account and using the loyalty features available on the Site. Participation is free, voluntary and intended for personal use only.

Rewards And Points

Available rewards, points, referral benefits, vouchers, conversion rates and expiration rules are shown in your account, the loyalty widget or the relevant promotion. Rewards may vary by campaign, customer segment, product, market or time period.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with other offers unless we expressly allow it.

Using Rewards

Rewards can be used only in the way displayed on the Site. Some rewards may require a minimum order value, may exclude certain products, may be limited to one use per customer or order, or may be unavailable with other discounts. Alcohol-related age and delivery restrictions continue to apply.

Referrals

If referral rewards are offered, they are intended for genuine personal referrals. We may reject or cancel referral rewards in cases of self-referral, fake accounts, spam, abuse, fraud or other misuse.

Returns, Cancellations And Fraud

If an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or suspected of fraud or misuse, related points or rewards may be cancelled or deducted. We may suspend or close loyalty accounts that abuse the program or violate our Terms and Conditions.

Changes To The Program

We may change, pause or end the Loyalty Program, rewards, earning rules or redemption rules at any time where permitted by law. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

Privacy

Personal data connected with the Loyalty Program is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
