Contact Us Before Returning Products

Before sending anything back, please contact us at hi@wynch.wine with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or refused if we cannot identify the order.

Right Of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after you or a person designated by you receives the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us clearly by email at hi@wynch.wine before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will refund payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where required by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.

Condition Of Returned Goods

Products should be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused and in the original packaging where possible. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Some products may be excluded from withdrawal or return rights where permitted by law, including products that are personalized, custom-made, perishable, rapidly expiring, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. Gift cards and digital products may also be non-returnable where permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless we delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged or defective, or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging bottles securely for return transport.

Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hi@wynch.wine with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.

If you want a different product, contact us first. In many cases the fastest option is to return the original product where eligible and place a new order.
