Pellegrino harvests Malbec from a single 2.4-hectare block inside Tenuta Gazzerotta—the first time the grape has been bottled as Sicilian IGP. Fermented wild and held six months in steel, it goes to bottle unfiltered, so violet and red cherry fruit stay vivid.
