Zavec farms the Haloze marl on steep 280-330 m terraces; forest air drops night temps and keeps the blend brisk. The wine spends 14 days on skins then 12 months on fine lees in old barriques, bottled unfiltered and vegan. Apricot, orange peel and a saline snap mark the finish.
