Fifteen days on skins turn Sauvignon’s usual grass into deeper layers of lychee and gooseberry. Native-yeast ferment plus nine months in used French oak stamp Haloze marl firmly in the finish.

After 13 years heading Pullus, enologist Bojan Kobal planted his own 26 ha of steep Haloze marl; the vines for this cuvée now average 35 years. Sauvignon ferments with native yeasts after a 15-day warm skin soak, then rests nine months in used French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Grass and lychee keep the palate vivid.
