Creari sits on a limestone ‘island’ inside volcanic Gambellara—just two hectares of 30-year Garganega vines trained to old-school pergola. Cavazza picks late, runs a 48-hour skin maceration, then parks the juice six months on lees in cement. Result: apricot depth over a vivid sea-salt line.
