At 540 m in the Mas Cirerer parcel, Tempranillo ripens slowly on limestone terraces. Black-cherry fruit, mild plum and a wisp of smoke stay clear while the record spins after work.

Mas Cirerer sits at 540 m in the Serra del Montmell, taking barely 300 mm of rain a year. Lucía Pombo hand-harvests the parcel and ferments in stainless before a stay in Allier oak. The 2019 batch numbered just 1,293 bottles, keeping black-cherry fruit and a faint smoke line.
