Lucía Pombo farms the Masia Ventosa parcel at 540 m where rainfall barely reaches 300 mm a year, keeping the vines low-vigour and the fruit concentrated. The wine ferments in stainless steel and sees no oak, then rests in bottle before release. 2023 packs quince and apricot over a chalk-edged finish.
