This rosé blends parcels from Goldberg, Altenberg and Gabarinza—slopes sitting 150–180 m on the Parndorfer Platte. A 2.5-hour maceration keeps the colour pale while native-yeast wood ferment adds subtle texture.

Vineyards for this rosé sit inside the Fertő/Neusiedlersee UNESCO landscape, ranging 150–180 m on the windy Parndorfer Platte. Andreas Gsellmann ferments with native yeasts, holds the wine four months on full lees, then settles it in a 1,000-L amphora before bottling unfiltered. Expect a dry, firmly mineral finish.
