In the mountains of Alto Turia, Baldovar 923 brought an old village cooperative back to life. Small vineyards at 900–1,200 metres preserve local varieties such as Merseguera and Bobal. Cool nights and limestone-rich soils help the wines retain their freshness. The team combines organic farming with a biodynamic approach, spontaneous fermentation and ageing in amphora, neutral oak or steel, chosen to suit each parcel.
