Andreas Gsellmann works the vineyards around Gols, beside Lake Neusiedl, with a biodynamic approach. His family has made wine here for more than two centuries. Today, Blaufränkisch from Gabarinza, Goldberg and Salzberg expresses the character of each site. Gravel and loam soils, lake air and careful cellar work shape the wines; amphora ageing and skin-contact Traminer show Andreas’s more experimental side.
