Founded in Marsala in 1880, Pellegrino is still led by the family six generations later. Its vineyards explore western Sicily, from coastal sites for Grillo to clay-rich inland estates. On Pantelleria, Zibibbo grows in traditional low bush vines on volcanic soil. Separate cellars for dry wines, Passito and Marsala let each style develop in its own way, showing just how varied Sicilian wine can be.
