Village-level Merseguera from 20–60-year vines grows nearly 1,000 m up in Valencia’s UNESCO Alto Turia reserve—rare altitude for Mediterranean white wine. Baldovar 923 ferments with native yeasts and ages nine months, partly in clay amphora, bottling unfined. Ripe lemon, blood-orange and an iodine snap underline the mountain–sea tension.
