Blend

A winemaker might combine a fresher wine with a fuller one to create a particular balance. The word cuvée can refer to such a blend, but some producers also use it for a particular bottling.

A blend is not automatically better or worse than a wine from one grape variety. Ask which grapes are in it and what the finished wine tastes like.
