Mars Wine Station

Mars Wine Station brings winemaking into the heart of Marseille. Lionel Boillot and Michel Assadourian created an urban cellar near the Vieux-Port, working with organic grapes from Vaucluse, Gard and Bouches-du-Rhône. Some of the wines are made in Marseille in stoneware jars. The project also experiments with fermentation to an original musical score: an unusual meeting of Mediterranean wine, city life and creativity.
