Janez Zavec planted marl-and-sandstone terraces at 280–330 m before sons Aleksander and Patrik took over the cellar. The rosé spends just two hours on Blaufränkisch skins, then ferments at 14 °C in stainless and rests four months on fine lees. Expect strawberry, lime and a clean, salty finish.
